This clause aims to define the essential terms of the contract:

The member retains all their intellectual property rights. However, by publishing content on the site, they grant SAVANA, the publisher, the non-exclusive and free right to represent, reproduce, adapt, modify, disseminate, and distribute their publication, directly or through an authorized third party, worldwide, on any medium (digital or physical), for the duration of intellectual property rights. The Member in particular grants the right to use their publication on the internet and on mobile networks.

SAVANA, the publisher, undertakes to display the member’s username near each use of their publication.
