1- Plan appropriate crop rotations : Alternating crops with different plant families helps limit soil-borne diseases and pests.

2- Use healthy plant material : Using seeds and plants free from pathogens (nematodes, viruses, fungi, bacteria) is essential.

3- Choose tolerant or resistant varieties : Selecting adapted varieties capable of tolerating or resisting diseases and pests is an effective and economical method.
